THERAPEUTIC RESERVATIONS: A minimum of 24 hours in advance bookings are required to secure a treatment date and time. We require a credit card number to secure an appointment and a physical credit card, Zelle, Venmo or cash is accepted for payment at the time of service

SPA ARRIVAL: You are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to allow for a smooth check-in and the opportunity to relax before your therapeutics. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment duration

VALUABLES: We recommend that you do not bring valuables or jewelry to your spa experience. Before leaving, please ensure that you have not left any personal items behind. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced articles

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance before your appointment to avoid being charged for the service in full
